As UX/UI Designer at SecureGive, I maintained the user interface designs of the software, which was used as a mobile app, kiosk app, and online web app. Using Figma, I crafted wireframes and prototypes to flesh out different screen designs, focusing on responsiveness for each platform while implementing the app’s design system. I also conducted user tests and research for innovative and new feature ideas.

Expanding Ways to Give
During my time with the company, I oversaw the user flows in which we expanded the ways to give donations or make purchases. The tablet design was made for both iPads and kiosk screens, giving users the option to carry out their transactions with a card swipe when available. The app accepts all of the essential credit cards—American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and more!
