In my spare time, I helped design the concept for a house/room booking app. This app, called Khozy, lists local places to act as temporary housing for individuals and/or families that have been displaced due to unplanned circumstances (i.e. flooding, tornado, foreclosure, etc.). Users can book their temporary stay for very affordable rent pricing, but also have the option to list property of their own and act as hosts to others in need.
